During his painting career Barks completed over 20 scenes of the ducks inside Scrooge's money bin, all of which contained roughly the same elements: mountains of coins, a gold or bronze archway, stacks of treasure and Scrooge and the boys happily engaged in one activity or another.
This painting is taken from a couple of panels from Uncle Scrooge No. 7, which show Scrooge taking a coin bath with help from his butler.
