Madonna With Eggs
(#2-1990)   10x8 oil on Masonite

Inspired by Gustave Doré, the figure was originally intended for Garvin's painting The Flightless. In most "funny animal" worlds, chicken and duck characters act like humans: eating eggs, for example, is normal, with no thought of the cannibalism implied.
